Gary Machiros
Gary has over 25 years experience as an Automotive Technician. He operates a family owned service station. He is an ASE Master Technician L1 Certified along with other ASE Certifications. He is also a Massachusetts State Certified Emissions Diagnosis and Repair Instructor. Gary was a contract instructor for General Motors and taught at the GM Training Center (in Dedham, MA) for 6 years. In 1996, Gary taught internationally for Delta College traveling overseas training technicians all over the world. He has taught for JENDHAM, Inc. and the Automotive Training Group, Inc. for several years, and is currently teaching part-time for Corporate Customs for ATG. Gary has taught many courses including: Automotive Electrical and Electronics, Power Train Control Systems, Driveability Diagnosis, OBDII, Emissions Diagnosis, Lab Scope Usage, Scan Tool Diagnostics, Audio Systems, Air Bag Systems, Four Wheel/All Wheel Drive Systems, Rear Axle Diagnosis and Repair, and Base Brake Systems.
Wally Mouradian
Wally Mouradian has 20 years of automotive experience including working as a repair technician and owning a service station. He is an ASE certified and L1 certified master technician. He graduated from Denver Automotive and Diesel College in 1980. Wally is a member of the Service Technicians Society (STS) and served as vice president of Automotive Service Association Broward County Chapter. He is also a representative for EASE Diagnostics.
Dean Parsons
Dean has over 25 years of automotive repair experience including working as a repair technician and service manager. Dean remains active as a repair technician in a shop that specializes in repairing hard-to-repair vehicles referred from other businesses in his area. He has a California Smog License and is certified as a California Smog Program Instructor. Dean was recognized as a top technician by General Motors through the Delco Tech Program and is an ASE Certified Master Technician and has completed L-1. Dean's training experience over the past 5 years includes instructing for Snap-On, Sun Electric and Mitchell International where he taught all of the driveability, electrical and Lab Scope programs. Dean travels extensively on the West Coast training for ATG. Dean graduated from Fullerton College with an AA Degree in Automotive. He is a graduate of the State of California Apprentice Program as a State Certified Mechanic.
Robert Richardson
Robert’s automotive technology experience includes over 25 years working as a technician for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, Master Service Manager for the Goodyear Co., shop owner, and Advanced Engine Performance instructor for Lincoln College of Technology. He is also the owner of Automotive Litigation Consultants, LLC, which provides expert witness services, diagnostics and consulting for the legal community as well as the public. Robert is on the Advisory Board for Lincoln College of Technology and helps with curriculum development, case studies and new technology. Robert is an ASE Certified Master Technician holding the L1 Certification and has an AA Degree in Automotive Technology. He specializes in high-end drivability diagnostics, AC and electrical.
Ellen Smith
Ellen has over 15 years of automotive repair experience including 5 years working as a repair technician. Ellen’s training experience over the past 15 years includes instructing for General Motors AC Delco Division, Mitsubishi Motor Co, Ford Motor Co, Subaru, Mitchell International, JENDHAM, INC. and The Automotive Training Group, where she taught all of the driveability and electrical training programs. She has also served as a consultant for several national repair hotlines and been a contributing author for several automotive publications. Ellen has experience managing her own training company and has worked as a consultant with organizations to help troubleshoot difficult to repair vehicle problems. Ellen holds ASE certifications in 7 areas including L-1 and has a California Smog License. Ellen is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and is active on several SAE committees for technician training and vehicle repair. She has helped write ASE tests and is actively involved in their conferences as a speaker. She has received many awards and honors from the automotive industry.
Jason Virdin
Jason has over 16 years of automotive repair experience including work as a Technician and Service Manager for a service station. He has spent most of his career working in the aftermarket but has also worked at both Toyota and Ford dealerships for a few years. Jason is ASE Master Certified as well as L1 certified, holds a California Smog License and is a Bureau of Automotive Repair Certified Instructor. In 1998, Jason began training for Snap-On Training Solutions as a Contract Instructor and continued to work with Snap-On until February of 2002. From February 2002-March 2006, he trained for Injectronics Training full-time throughout 22 states. Currently, Jason trains for ATG throughout the Midwest and Mountain regions. Some of the courses Jason has taught include: Ford Engine Performance, Ford Powerstroke, Ford Advanced Electronics, GM Engine Performance, Chrysler Engine Performance, Honda Engine Performance, Toyota Engine Performance, ABS Systems, HVAC Systems, Airbag Systems, OBDII, Emissions Diagnostics and Labscope Usage and Current Ramping.
Ross Wellwood
Ross’s automotive experience during the past 30 years includes working as a repair technician, a shop owner and a trainer for such companies as Mitchell, Mac Tools, Precision Tune Auto Care and D.A.R.T.S. Ross has written numerous training manuals and hosts the “Car Doctor” radio show that has been airing for over 12 years on WDEL 1150 AM in Wilmington, DE. Ross is a certified member of the Delaware Emission Education Program and holds the first privately-issued certificate in the state. He is also on the advisory counsel of numerous Vo-Tech schools in his home state of Delaware. Ross is an ASE Master Tech holding the L1 certification. He specializes in high-end driveability diagnostics and automotive electronics.
